What is the blend of the Bas de Famille? 

The socks are made of 75% lamb's wool and 25% nylon. Nylon helps them retain their shape over time and through wash cycles. 

How does the sizing work?

We offer two sizes for socks. Small = size 5 to 8.5 and Large = size 8.5 to 13. If you are unsure of the correct size to choose, we will be happy to help you admin@souvenirdefamille.com

How should I take care of my socks?

The socks are made with soft lambswool and a little nylon which makes them wash up well. You will see that after a few washes they get softer and softer! If you plan of washing them, do it in cold or lukewarm water in the washer and lay flat on a towel to dry. The care instructions are also on the socks label.

Where are your products made? 

The entire Bas de Famille collection is made 100% in Quebec. For the other products in the Home collection, they are mostly made in Canada or Europe. We indicate the origin in each product in their individual page, so we invite you to refer to it for more details. 


What is the shipping rate?

Shipping costs are calculated during payment according to the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over CAD $ 90 (before taxes) shipped to a Canadian address. 

For the United States and the rest of the world, the shipping rate is calculated based on several factors, including the weight of the shipment and the country of destination. You will be able to get a more accurate assessment during the checkout process.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after placing your order, unless otherwise specified on the site. If the product is sold out, the estimated shipping window will be shown under the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.

How to track my order?

Once your product has shipped, you will receive your auto-tracking number (s) by email, SMS, or Messenger, depending on how you made your payment.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we ship to all countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please email us at admin@souvenirdefamille.com

Will there be any customs fees? And will I be responsible for this cost?

Yes, for international orders there may be customs charges when the product arrives in your country of origin. Unfortunately, we are unable to quote this specific cost as it varies greatly from country to country.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

Souvenir de Famille does not accept returns due to change of mind. However, we gladly accept exchanges. See our Return policy for more details. 

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.
